Fischer’s 100% Pure Natural Honey contains no additives or artificial ingredients of any kind. Honey without chemical additives (like ours) is more likely to crystallize in the bottle when it reaches cooler temperatures. Always store at room temperature. If you see crystallization in your Fischer’s Honey, there’s nothing wrong—it’s just a little cold. Put it in warm water to heat it up, then store or eat! Remember to never microwave; this can overheat the honey and accelerate the crystallization.
